Yes, we offer gift wrapping for all of our products. Simply let us know at the time of purchase and we will take care of the rest.
Many items can be personalized with embroidery for an additional fee. If you don't see it as an option for Made to Order item, email us for assistance.
Shipping is free on custom items over $100. For custom items under $100 charges are calculated based on actual dimensions and weight of final product along with any requirement you may have for additional insurance beyond the $100 USPS insurance. For non custom items, flat fee shipping charges are applied at checkout.
- RTS items are shipped within two business days.
- Current TAT for Items sent in under the Renew program is 1-2 weeks.
- Current TAT for Made to Order Items is 2-4 weeks after purchase.
- Current TAT for Custom Orders is 3-6 weeks after all items have been received by me and invoice has been paid.
- Custom and Made to Order items are shipped via USPS priority mail. RTS items and items sent in under the Renew program are shipped by USPS Ground Advantage. If you want additional insurance on your custom item please let me know during the collaboration process so I can calculate the cost and include it in your final invoice.
There are occasional disruptions to the supply chain beyond our control resulting in shortages or delayed shipping of fabrics and notions including thread, needles, elastic, customer materials etc. Resulting delays to our expected ship date will be communicated if this occurs.
High demand and unpredictable requests can can cause delayes. Our reservation system streamlines processes for shorter turn around times, and allows for personalized service tailored to your needs.
- Reservations are made by purchasing a reservation spot in our Online store. The reservation fee is $25 per custom item is non-refundable but will be credited to your final invoice. No need to worry about choosing specific options and add-ons when making your reservation as those are unique to your desired design and will be discussed and calculated during the collaboration process.
- We'll initiate the collaboration process within two business days from when you purchase your spot. This covers details of design, fabric/materials, size, budget and final pricing and includes a complimentary personal consultation of up to 30 minutes to develop specs.
- Once specifications are finalized, an invoice for the remaining balance and any applicable shipping charges will be issued. Invoice must be paid in full prior to work commencing but no later than 30 days from date of invoice or your reservation will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited. If your Custom item is being made from pre-loved garment(s) you may be eligible for rewards under our Revival program.
- Expect our contact within two business days to kickstart the collaboration process so we can understand your custom vision.
- If you have materials you are sending in, please send within 10 days from purchase of your reservation to the address provided during our initial contact.
- Upon receiving your items, we'll confirm receipt and discuss additional specs, special details, and constraints based on the actural materials received.
- Consistent communication is vital, and each order includes up to 30 minutes of complimentary design consultation via DMs, emails and/or videochats which is generally sufficient for the vast majority of pieces. Should you need extra time, it's available at the rate of $30 per hour with a 30-minute minimum and will be conducted by videochat with a subsequent written summary of final details.
Customer materials must be sent to me within 10 days of placing your reservation. If materials are not sent within the required time frame, your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. Any exceptions to this policy must be agreed to in writing by me prior to the expiration of the 10 day period.
Everyone is excited to receive their unique handcrafted custom article. As difficult as it is, I have chosen not to accept RUSH orders out of fairness to all customers who are waiting.
